The Office of the Chief Technology Officer's Security Division has retired the Pulse Secure VPN service for DCGov agency vendors and partners on Saturday, November 30, 2024. This service is being replaced by the Global Protect (GP) VPN, which offers enhanced security and more precise control.

The GP VPN service is now fully operational, and all vendor and partner accounts have successfully migrated to this platform. Please note that Pulse Secure VPN is no longer be accessible. We strongly encourage all vendors and partners to install, and begin using GP VPN.
